Inbound Delivery: Creating an ASN
Creating a New ASN
If there are goods inbound to eStore Logistics, Advance Shipping Notice must be provided to eStore and can be done by Creating an Inbound Delivery in Express.
To create a new Inbound Delivery, click on the +Add New button available in the lower-left corner of the Inbound Deliveries Search Page.
Note
For more information on each of the fields and their meaning check out the Field Definitions Section.
Once you have clicked on this a screen will appear where you can enter the details for the Inbound Delivery.
Adding and Removing Products
In the second section of the form is where you will find where you can enter the products. Using +Add Product to additional lines, or the trash cans to remove lines.
Note
For a full explanation of all of the fields and their meaning check out the Field Definitions Section.
Since most businesses hold hundreds or thousands of inventory items, we've replaced long dropdown menus with a searchable field. Enter at least three characters to start your search; matching results will appear in a scrollable list. Click your desired product to fill the field.
Tip
Remember: Typing 3 characters in to the product code field will list all products that contain those 3 characters.
Review and Submit
Once you have completed the form, review to ensure your data is correct and then click submit on the bottom right of the form to submit it to our WMS.
Warning
As you are only able to edit an Inbound Delivery that has a status of "Open", it is best to review and ensure everything is correct before submitting
Warning
As we do not support a draft status, once the order is submitted it will automatically be available to Operations Team in a status of Open and ready to Receipt
Printing Paperwork

On this Screen the following Options are available to you to change:
