Inbound Delivery: Delete an ASN

There are moments where an Inbound Delivery needs to be removed, for example Stock was damaged during transit. Here is how to remove/delete a Inbound Delivery from the system.

Danger

Deleting is permanent, there is no way for the ASN to be restored so please proceed with caution

Once you are viewing the Delivery information for the Inbound Delivery you would like to delete, click on the Trashcan located at the right hand side of the page.

Next you will need to enter D E L into the text field.

Note

This field is case sensitive, and unless DEL is typed in, the delete button will be greyed out

Click on Delete and your order will now be deleted

Tip

Only "Open" Inbound Deliveries can be Deleted
