Inbound Delivery: Editing an ASN

There are moments where an Inbound Delivery needs to change, maybe shipping and delivery dates changed, or a purchase order was raised incorrectly. Here you will find how to edit an existing Inbound Delivery in our Express Portal.

Opening the Edit Screen

If you wish to update any information for an order, click the edit button located in the right-hand corner of the delivery information page.

Only In "Open" Inbound Deliveries can be Edited, see below for Information on the different Inbound Delivery status'

Editing Details or Products

After selecting the pencil icon to edit, a screen similar to the create screen will be displayed.

Most values can be modified on this screen, except for the receipt ID and warehouse. Products associated with the ASN can be added or removed as needed.

When updates are complete, select submit to save the changes.

Warning

You May run into issues trying to remove products and add products in a single submit, this is due to the limitations on our WMS. We suggest removing the products, submitting, and then editing again and adding the products required.
