Editing a Product

There are times when a product's information needs to be changed. For example there is a new barcode for the product, or a new supplier is providing the product and the dimensions have changed, you may have even changed the packaging on a Product and so the dimension are now different. We support all of these scenarios and more by giving you the ability to edit an existing product.

Opening the Edit Screen

When your in the Product Information page, if you wish to update any information for an item in inventory, click the edit button located in the right-hand corner of the inventory product information page.

Warning

You won't be able to change the Product Code. For help with that, please reach out to our customer service team.

Once you have clicked on the pencil icon for editing, you will be brought to a page that looks exactly like the create screen. Here you can change any of the values and press submit to confirm you changes.
