Inventory: Searching Products

What is a Product?

A product in our Express Portal, refers to the actual product that is being in stored in the warehouse. This is also commonly referred to as an SKU (Stock-Keeping Unit), an article, or an Item. When you have a new product in your business' you will also need to ensure it is created for eStore Logistics, as you will not be able to create an Inbound Delivery, or a Sales Order for it until this has been completed. This can be done through our Inventory page in our Express Portal, and clicking on Add new

Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Sales Order search page. Using the left hand menu, you can navigate to the Products page.

At the top of the page, you will find the section on the page to enter in keywords, and select filters.

Keywords enable you to locate a Product using the Product code, Description or Cross reference. If you prefer to search all Products using your filters without specifying keywords, simply hit search.

Tip

If this is not showing, clicking on “show filters” will show the filters

After setting your filters and entering keywords, click search to see the results in the table below.
