Returns: Searching Returns
Returns are any product returns that your customer has sent to an eStore Logistics Warehouse. This is just a list that can be exported, not details are viewable other then what is available in the column options.
Searching for a Return
After navigating to the Returns page from the left menu you will be brought to the Returns Search Page
This Keywords allows you to find a Returns by Receipt ID, order reference or Customer Name

Tip
The search looks for any Receipt ID, order reference or Customer Name matching or partially matching your search
If the search results flow into multiple pages, you can navigate pages using the page numbers at the bottom of the screen.
Note
Search results are limited to 5000 records. In order to perform more granular searches, you can filter results based on various options. Additionally if you cannot find your order, it may be due the Return being archived and you will need to check the archival search button
Filtering a Search
There are date filters and receipt type available for filtering Returns.
Warning
The Before Date and After Date Filters are Not Inclusive. If you want a particular date, you must select the day before and the day after
You can set multiple filters simultaneously, once you have set all of the filters, clicking on search will filter the results.
Once the search has completed, you will see a list of all matching orders. To view different information, you can edit the columns which are displayed on the search page.

The “edit columns” button is located at the right-hand corner of the results table.
You can de-select and select by click on the box or the text of each option.
Sorting Columns
In order to sort on a column click on the column heading to change the order of the search results. This will sort only 2 ways of Ascending and Descending.
