Sales Order: Creating a New Sales Order

To create a sales order click on Add New, which you will find in the bottom left of the search results table.

This will then bring you the page for entering in the order details

Warning

Delivery Name, Delivery Country, Address Line 1, Suburb, State, Postcode, Order Number, and Warehouse are Mandatory. You will not be able to proceed without these fields filled in

Adding Product to an Order

At the bottom of the screen you will find the section to add products to an order

To manage extensive inventories, we offer a searchable field instead of a long dropdown list. Type at least 3 characters to start the search, which will display matching results in a scrollable list. Click on your desired product to fill the field.

Tip

You can add additional product lines by clicking the +Add Product button, and delete a product row by click in on the Trash Can icon.

Tip

Typing 3 characters in to the product code field will list all products that contain those 3 characters.

Combining Sales Orders

As a Sales Order is often referred to as a shipment, we support the ability to combine multiple Orders from your system into a Single Sales Order without loosing any of the traceability. This is managed here in the Add/Edit Products screen for Sales Orders.

The example below is how we support having multiple Orders into a Single Sales Order (Shipment)

As you can see this is achieved by having different Order Numbers against each Product line. By Doing this you can also see that the line No's refer to the line for that specific Order Number. In this specific example we have 1 product for Order "OMM3023-" and 1 product for Order "UserGuide".

Tip

If the order number is different than the one stated in the order details, you are able to change it in the Order Number Field.

Warning

If the delivery address is outside of Australia, the Country of Origin and Price will be mandatory fields

Submitting an Order

Once you have completed filling in the form, clicking on submit in the bottom right of the page will then submit your order to our WMS

Note

If there are any missing fields that are mandatory, they will be highlighted and will need to be corrected before submit will be successful

Danger

Currently Orders from Express do not go through our order management platform and are directly submitted into our WMS. To process orders through order management, use the template and upload it to our SFTP. Reach out to your customer service representative for more information on how to complete this
