Sales Order: Delete a Sales order

There are moments where a Sales Order needs to be removed, for example a Customer has cancelled an order, or an Order was created by mistake. Here is how to remove/delete a Sales Order from the system.

Deleting is permanent, there is no way for the order to be restored so please proceed with caution

Delete Steps

  1. Once you are viewing the Delivery information for the sales order you would like to delete, click on the Trashcan located at the right hand side of the page.

  2. Next you will need to enter D E L into the text field.

    this field is case sensitive, and unless DEL is typed in, the delete button will be greyed out

  3. Click on OK and your order will now be deleted

Only In Pool Orders can be Deleted
