Sales Order: Editing Orders
There are moments where a Sales Order needs to changed, either a product is no longer available, or a customer made a last minute change to the Delivery Details. Here you will find how to edit an existing Order in our Express Portal.

Opening the Edit Screen
If you wish to update any information for an order, click the edit button located in the right-hand corner of the sales order details page.
Warning
Only In Pool Orders can be Edited
Editing Details or Products
Once your in the edit screen, you will notice that this screen looks identical to the create screen, except for a few fields which are no longer editable. Once you have made your changes, you can then click on submit at the bottom right of the form to submit your changes.
Bug
There is a known issue, where you may not be able to remove products and add products in the same submit, for this you will need to edit the order twice, once to remove, and once to add.
Exiting without Saving
To exit this screen, click the ‘Cancel’ located at the bottom left corner of the page
