Sales Order: Searching Orders

What is a Sales Order?

A Sales Order, also known as a Shipment, indicates the outbound dispatch of goods from the warehouse. Typically, this reflects a customer order for your business. In instances where multiple orders are destined for the same address simultaneously, they may be consolidated into a single order. These will be identified in the product section by different Sales Order Numbers. Additional information on this topic can be found in the Add/Remove Products from a Sales Order article.

Upon logging in, you will be directed to the Sales Order search page.

At the top of the page, you will find the section on the page to enter in keywords, and select filters.

Keywords enable you to locate a sales order using the order number, SKU code, tracking number, contact name, or company name. If you prefer to search all orders using your filters without specifying keywords, simply hit search.

Note

If this is not showing, clicking on “show filters” will show the filters

After setting your filters and entering keywords, click search to see the results in the table below.

The default search in Express only covers the last 30 days. To search older records, use the Archival Search feature by ticking the “Archival Search” box. Set multiple filters as needed, then click search to filter the results.
